1. Scope

These terms govern this website and engagements with Kairoi Co. OÜ ("we", "us"). Each engine has its own site and its own terms; where they differ, the engine's own terms govern that engine. Cycles Arc sells to both businesses and consumers under its own terms; purchases there are governed by that shop's terms, not by this page.

2. This website

The pages here describe what we build and what it does. Figures shown on the site are computed, and each states what it was computed from. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; an engagement begins with a written proposal signed by both sides.

The text, marks, images and rendered plates on this site are ours. Cycles Arc is a brand of Kairoi Co. OÜ.

3. Engagements for organisations (B2B)

The services listed under Services — bespoke software, computed publishing, operations studies, integration, and daylight studies — are directed exclusively at businesses and institutions. By engaging them you confirm you act in the course of trade, not as a consumer.

This section governs engagements with us directly. It does not reach the Cycles Arc shop, which sells to businesses and to consumers alike: consumer purchases there keep their full statutory consumer rights, and nothing on this page removes them.

4. Deliverables

Work is delivered against a written proposal, which states what is being computed, from which inputs, and for which dates.

1. Inputs are restated. Every deliverable repeats the inputs it answered. Check that restatement on receipt: the work answers the inputs shown. Discrepancies reported within 14 days are recomputed at no charge.
2. Figures are marked for what they are. A deliverable distinguishes what you supplied, what was observed, what was computed, and what was assumed. Read each figure as its mark describes it.
3. Instance and date. A result speaks for the inputs and the date it names. It makes no statement about any other instance, any later state, or any changed circumstance.
4. Use. What you do with a computed figure, and what follows from doing it, is your decision and your responsibility. We compute; we do not direct outcomes.

Individual engines may offer warranties on their own output. Where they do, that warranty is set out on that engine's own site and governed by its terms, not by this page.

5. Your data

We receive only what an engagement needs, and we ask for no personal data in operational files. See the Privacy Notice for how inputs are processed and retained.

6. Governing law and liability

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid to us in the prior 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
