What we process

This site collects nothing. It has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no analytics. The only personal data we hold is what you send us yourself:

• Your business contact details — name and work email — when you write to us.
• The files you send with an enquiry, and the correspondence about them.

We ask for no more than the enquiry needs. Where a study is computed from your operational files, those files contain no personal data by design: we ask for no serials, no IP addresses, no site coordinates and no employee data.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this data to answer you and to deliver the services you request (performance of a contract), and to invoice and keep books (legal obligation — accounting records are retained for 7 years under Estonian law).

Sharing

We do not sell your data. There are no ad networks and no analytics. Processors are limited to the hosting and email infrastructure needed to run the service and reply to you.

Your rights

You may request access, correction and deletion (after the statutory retention period), and you may object to or restrict processing. Write to hello@kairoico.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, AKI).

Cookies

None. This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers or analytics scripts. That is true today and stays true unless this notice is updated first.

Fonts

The Raleway typeface is served from this site's own server, under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. No third party is contacted to render these pages: your browser talks to us and to nobody else, so nothing about your visit reaches anyone we have not named here.

If this notice changes, the date above changes with it.
